Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to contribute to the conference by submitting original research articles that illustrate novel findings, significant projects, comprehensive surveys, or industrial experiences in the fields of Smart Technologies and Intelligent Computing. Submissions should highlight advancements, challenges, and opportunities within these domains.

  • Computing Paradigms and Emerging Technologies
  • Machine Vision, Perception, and Bioinformatics
  • Emerging Trends and Applications in Computing

Interested authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references. Papers will be accepted only by electronic submission through Microsoft CMT link given below.

Ethics and Malpractice Statement

INCSTIC2026 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All authors, reviewers, editors, and organizers are expected to adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

1. Duties of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure that their submissions are entirely original. Any work or words of others must be appropriately cited. Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, is unacceptable.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Submission
Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one conference or journal simultaneously.

Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant contributions to the research. All co-authors must approve the final version of the paper and agree to its submission.

Data Access and Retention
Authors may be required to provide raw data related to their manuscript for editorial review and should retain such data for a reasonable time after publication.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their work.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works
If authors discover significant errors after submission or publication, they must promptly notify the conference organizers and cooperate in correcting or retracting the paper.

2. Duties of Reviewers

Confidentiality
All submitted manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shared or discussed with others except as authorized.

Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively, with clear and constructive feedback provided to help authors improve their work.

Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.

Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must not evaluate manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships.

Timeliness
Reviewers should complete their reviews within the stipulated time. If unable to do so, they should inform the organizers promptly.

3. Duties of Editors and Program Committee

Fair Decision-Making
Editors evaluate submissions solely based on academic merit, without regard to race, gender, nationality, or institutional affiliation.

Confidentiality
Editors must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts except to those involved in the review process.

Conflict of Interest
Editors should recuse themselves from handling submissions where conflicts of interest exist.

Publication Decisions
Decisions to accept or reject papers are based on originality, significance, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.

4. Ethical Oversight

Human and Animal Rights
Research involving human participants or animals must comply with relevant ethical standards and regulations. Authors must provide evidence of approval from appropriate ethics committees where required.

Informed Consent
Authors must ensure that informed consent has been obtained for any research involving human subjects.

5. Publication Malpractice

Plagiarism and Duplication
Manuscripts submitted to INCSTIC2026 will follow the double-blind review process and authors are instructed not to add their details while submitting the manuscript. INCSTIC2026 takes plagiarism very seriously and regards plagiarism as professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and those exceeding 15% similarity (including references and DOI numbers) will be rejected. No AI-based content like ChatGPT is allowed. If AI-generated content is detected at any stage, the paper will be rejected even after successful registration.

Data Fabrication and Falsification
Fabrication or manipulation of data is strictly prohibited and will lead to rejection and possible reporting to institutions.

Citation Manipulation
Inappropriate citations intended to increase citation counts are unethical and unacceptable.

6. Handling of Misconduct

If ethical misconduct is suspected:

  • The conference committee will investigate the issue thoroughly.
  • Authors will be given an opportunity to respond.
  • If misconduct is confirmed, actions may include:
    • Rejection of the manuscript
    • Retraction of published papers
    • Notification to affiliated institutions
    • Ban from future submissions to INCSTIC conferences
7. Copyright and Licensing

Authors must ensure that their work does not infringe any copyright. By submitting, authors grant the conference the right to publish the work in the proceedings.

8. Disclaimer

The opinions expressed in the papers are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the conference organizers or Geeta University.
